I really like that the introduction for this home began with some historical context, setting it up like a story was about to begin. It feels less of a sell this way. That’s why he’s so successful: he understands marketing and magic.

Beautiful but as someone from the UK, i can’t get my head around the taxes. Even if you bought this all cash, you’d still have to pay almost $100k a year for the right to live in it due to the taxes. To put it into context, the same house, with the same value in Knightsbright or Belgravia (London) would be about $6k a year taxes.

Agree, it’s (almost) flawless…. One style criticism, way too many picture frames on the walls. Beautiful art hung throughout would be so much better. All those frames are just way too busy.

First, the elevator looks to be the size of a coffin for a short person. Second, this is an adult man, obviously wealthy, but can't buy clothing large enough to fit him ... he looks ridiculous.

For it being the oldest home in the Historical District... it's really been gutted of most of the original historical details.
