Yes please!
Beautiful!
In the 18 hundreds they built those stairs so high so the splash from the horse manure wouldn't get into their homes!
This gentleman looks like someone who used to be on HGTV Canada?
❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI really like that the introduction for this home began with some historical context, setting it up like a story was about to begin. It feels less of a sell this way. That’s why he’s so successful: he understands marketing and magic.
What a lovely home. I don’t need a huge home, and will stay in the suburbs, yet I love those archways, all of the light, the peace, and the quiet garden space.
Hello everyone
ОтветитьBeautiful house from the outside. Inside is really gross. None of the details are original. It's giving Long Island fake historicism.
ОтветитьIN The Faith in the pare of in that honor, in Post 📯⏺️
ОтветитьBetter than most redos. The unbalanced windowed where two narrow rooms were combined is useful but visually problematic.
ОтветитьIs it hard to find wood for the fireplaces in the city?
ОтветитьThis dude is absolutely annoying! 🤢
ОтветитьJesus. You forgot tome to mention hiring a staff of 59 to dust your plants . ..
ОтветитьWith some modernization and an updated chefs kitchen this is really nice.
ОтветитьI love that round window opening by the stairs! Beautiful home!
ОтветитьElegantly produced video - loved the drama and charm of Serhant. Great music too!
Ответить❤ stunning
ОтветитьThis realtor and his choices are distracting . Lost interest in video.
ОтветитьThat man looks like a mix between Ryan seacrest and Andy cohen 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis might be the most beautiful house I have ever seen!
ОтветитьWow its like a tardis
ОтветитьElegant indeed! Whoever restored this beautiful home did an incredible job!! Ps. Imagine what it's like being in that space over the breakfast room when it rains....dreamy! 😍😍
ОтветитьThe salesman is too chatty, and I don’t give a shit what he thinks. He should just present the stuff and talk less.
ОтветитьSo incredibly elegant, love the millwork.
ОтветитьMan!
This dude over-kills it with all that crappy talk!!
Most of properties he shows are so average and that’s why he has to yell out details that pretty much are meaningless!!!
A property should sell itself without all that salesman talk!! Dude tries so hard is almost embarrassing!! 😖
ugly fireplace
Ответитьlol. i dont liked. 😂😂
ОтветитьI can’t get pass his annoying comments, to finish the tour.
ОтветитьBeautiful but as someone from the UK, i can’t get my head around the taxes. Even if you bought this all cash, you’d still have to pay almost $100k a year for the right to live in it due to the taxes. To put it into context, the same house, with the same value in Knightsbright or Belgravia (London) would be about $6k a year taxes.
ОтветитьDid you hear about what Kathy Hochul introduced into NY-State Law? Rule 2.13...the Right to remove NY Residents from their Homes and house them in a Federal Quarantine Ctr! Families may be divided and removed....horrible! Unconstitutional...and it Passed! Wake up!
Ответитьwithout a garage, it all comes to nothing...
ОтветитьWow ❤
ОтветитьWhat happened his hair?
ОтветитьI would have loved to see more of the actual property because it is beautiful and not hear so much of the dramatic commentary from Ryan.
ОтветитьAgree, it’s (almost) flawless…. One style criticism, way too many picture frames on the walls. Beautiful art hung throughout would be so much better. All those frames are just way too busy.
ОтветитьI wonder whether it comes with a full compliment of servants or whether those must be purchased separately LOL.
ОтветитьAll just for $13 million?
ОтветитьThat place is absolutely gorgeous. 😍😍😍 LOVE
Ответитьwow, what a great house; yep i can see me living there if i was married to a rich american tycoon with a young family; love your enthusiasm and the way you presented the house: thanks for taking me to a new vibex
ОтветитьKudos to craftsman you who diligently restored this home. Problem is, these bozo real estate agents make more money than the guy flawlessly constructing that hardwood floor.
ОтветитьAnother video ruined by some clown who is filmed instead of what the video is supposed to be about
ОтветитьLovely. I wish I could live there.
ОтветитьNext door to Bunny Mellon's old townhouse.
Ответитьbeautiful presentation!
ОтветитьToo Hollywood. A silly and poorly thought out presentation. This is not a film set; it is a house to be sold. Vulgar. A shame. A fabulous house by the way…..🇬🇧
ОтветитьStunning
ОтветитьI was so distracted by your handsome face that I was barely able to focus on the home.
Ответитьgreat job on this tour, Ryan
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьFirst, the elevator looks to be the size of a coffin for a short person. Second, this is an adult man, obviously wealthy, but can't buy clothing large enough to fit him ... he looks ridiculous.
ОтветитьFor it being the oldest home in the Historical District... it's really been gutted of most of the original historical details.
