Great lesson.. Enjoyed the ideas.. Nice vibe to the rhythm and licks/lead going on here!! Some good stuff to work on..Thx!!
ОтветитьJust starting to play lead, though I have been a singer/songwriter since the late 1970's. Love the track and your playing on this one. Never have been "afraid" and have always enjoyed lead guitarists that play pretty much the pentatonic leads. I find they "speak to me" very clearly. Thanks for all that you have made available - helping me already. Brian Gardner
ОтветитьTHANKS I LEARNED AND REMEMBERED A LOT> I SEEM TO HAVE FORGOT MORE THAN I KNOW AFTER REACHING 88 yr
ОтветитьNot to take away from another great lesson, but I like your Tele which I guess is of course is not a Fender. So I guess it must be a custom job ?
Ответитьwhat brand and gauge of string you use here?
ОтветитьI got Boston lick
ОтветитьThanks! Now I can do myself
Ответитьwow.... you always impress and suprise me.
ОтветитьI dont even care about the lesson i just wanna hear this man play guitar.
ОтветитьYou..., you are a great guitarist. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
ОтветитьGreat lesson ...I am having a blast with this....just the kind of stuff I love to play ...rockin country twang with alittle stank on it..Thanks for helping me with my chops! Goog day sir!!
Ответитьnow that's good music.!
Ответить515 lesson is really good i will sign up for the other half, the jam tracks are a must have.
ОтветитьJames Burton style!
ОтветитьOk, Brian, you've shown us how to play in the key...
...and how to play the chords ("play the changes")....
So, now you're showing us how to "play the barnacles?!"
Got it! 👍 👌
Thank you, I disabled percussionists, picking up guitar at 66 must keep music in my life, your a great help, will drop off tips on payday YOUR A GREAT TEACHER 😊
Ответитьcan you post the arrangement
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьBrian's picking hand in this is the star he just keeps the hand in motion so brilliantly
ОтветитьSweet! I’m printing the tab now
ОтветитьBrian, your lessons for these and related video are some of the best! I am not that well versed in the major pentatonic, just learning, but in this video at 5.22 you mention that is the E major pattern 4. When I play it it deems as though it is part of pattern 3. Can you clarify this for those of us that are relatively new to playing the pentatonics?
ОтветитьBy the way. Where I can find part two.
Ответить💥👌Очень круто!!! 🤝
ОтветитьGreat content…great teaching
ОтветитьYes! So fantastic to break down a lead like this. Builds so much facility. And it’s wild how much clearer everything instantly is compared to a year or two ago when it was still hieroglyphics.
ОтветитьImpossible To havre part 2 with tab don t understand
ОтветитьBrian, nice job. Very usable material. The little riffs are great building blocks.
ОтветитьReally good lesson! Highly recommended.
ОтветитьYou are by far the best guitar teacher I’ve met so far! Absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much! Please keep it up <3
ОтветитьAwesome as always🎸
Ответитьnice playing, nice guitar
ОтветитьYou are very honest about where you picked up some of the licks. That is appreciated.
ОтветитьJust beautifully explained frame by frame nice playing over the top you make it look so easy you have inspired me to go farther down that musical road thank you 🎸
ОтветитьLoving this style of lesson. So thorough and helpful. Once again you’re a fantastic teacher Brian! Thank you!
ОтветитьAwesome lesson Brian!
ОтветитьI would like to see more of this kind of lesson. No one does it better. Thank you.
ОтветитьI have had an AM sub. off and in, when I get a chance I will be back.
ОтветитьYou are the real boss, Brian. Greetings
Ответитьgood lord, man. the neck almost caught fire
ОтветитьHi Brian. Great tune, great lesson...So fun to learn/play... Thank you for all the lessons... You are one of the best guitar instructors out there and my favorite for sure...
ОтветитьGreat stuff Brian. This one is a keeper for me!
ОтветитьThis sounds fun Brian, real excited about learning this one! 👍🎸🇨🇦
ОтветитьWow Brian...that was FUN!!! Let's keep this kind of stuff going. Great lesson!
ОтветитьGreat stuff man! I do like this style of analysis. Especially with styles that have a few chromatic notes, or things that follow the changes. I am better at seeing how “out” notes fit in than I used to be. It was really perplexing for quite a while. But when you explain things like a flat 7, the push and pull between major and minor, flat 5, etc., a beginner can start to understand the function of each of these. Well done!
ОтветитьGreat lesson! Showing us the bend from F# to G# on the second string unlocked so much for me. Thanks!!!
ОтветитьYou are my hero bro great work!
ОтветитьImpressive
ОтветитьThat Tele is 🔥
ОтветитьI get in a rut, watch Brian from Active Melody, rut busted! Thank you so much!
