There is a bypass switch (i) on the unit to start with a completely flat battery. It does however bypass the built in safety features. Maybe you as an expert should have read the instructions before teaching others.

How do I jump a 2019 Heritage 114 with the battery buried in the bike? is it possible to use the SAE trickle charger pig tail?

You can go right to the starter, easy on the touring bikes and then ground to the bike...there is a rubber boot on the bolt on the starter, just move it out of the way. Alot easier and quicker than going under the seat

Can I simply plug in my tender connector direct to the charger?
