Well, I used my only one beach ad as introducing myself as “the bench guy” on my post card front flyer of me with photo of actually me standing behind the bench smiling and gave “the bench guy” text in front of postcard, someone at grocery said he “the bench guy” and thru that I sold their house two weeks ago. Credit to Luke and thanks to Dustin. Guess what? I have monthly post card mailer ... “the bench guy”... in my farming area. And when and if I knock on doors, I will introduce myself as hey I am so and so “the bench guy” you’ve seen the bench and tell them where it is so that every time they drive they look at it “top of mind”...

One thing is for sure, Try anything. If fails, move on. If it sticks, do more.
