2025? Commenting on my 4 year old Mi 10 T Pro 5g 😅 Battery is quite bad, but overall the phone is still kicking.

bad quality of buttons on phone beside for sound and turn on off which can fall off phone or not work proprely

Pls how is the screen brightness under dirext sunlight? Consudering its lcd screen, hope i dont get to steain my eyes before i can operate my ohone while outside?

Worst phone I had. After 2 and half years of switching on screen by phone calls and switching off by whatsapp and viber calls, you just can´t do anything during the call, because the screen just switch off whenever it wants. And few days ago after 2 and half years of use, it just can not load the miui sotware, it just says in loop loading, forcing me to either reboot which doesn´t do much or complete deletion of the whole information. So after I lost every info I had and did the deletion, what a miracle it starts again and it works again. Stupid Chinese phone. First and last time buying xiaomi. and Miui is worst than android if anyone asks.

The headphone jack is annoying. You better get wireless earbuds. Otherwise a great phone. Maybe I would change the glossy finish, which is a finger print magnet, but since my cover protector is on always I hardly ever notice it. I've had it for 3 years and I'm having second thoughts on upgrading to the greatest and latest Samsung s24 ultra, it is that good.

Have this phone for over 2 years. And what can I tell about it. I had a lot of phones from cheap to flagship android and iphones, but this phone I love it, it has great performance and great cameras, never lag in this 2 years or any problem with lagging. Display is great and i prefer lcd more over led. Haptic is great and has a flagship feel. Baterry after over 2 years of very heavy use is at 83% and efficiently is at 88%, and I'm a really heavy user and still I get one day of using and 5-6h od screen on time. Only problem is with the virtual proximity sensor where it turns in screen sometimes when you are talking on the phone, but I'm used to it. Its great phone and really good quality.

Worst phone often went black out. Now phone is dead after exactly two years of usage.. The thing is Not able to repair it. Even Xiaomi service centre recommends to change phone. WTF

Till now been using it still rocks as daily driver not planning to upgrade..i will use this until it wont work anymore

I have a Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro - and the GPS position "freezes" when using navigation.
This is manifested by the fact that when driving a car or walking, the GPS location position just seems to lock up. I checked on the GPStest and it looks like the GPS position freezes / locks, the satellites show active (but do not change) to the way I go, e.g. 40km / h and stop, then the navigation shows these 40km / h and the hour (seconds) do not update in GPS.

It detects the GPS position very well, AGPS reset or, for example, cleaning the GoogleMaps cache does not help. Sometimes restarting the phone will help, sometimes the position itself will unlock. I thought it might be a problem with the maps, but all the maps go crazy and there is also a problem on GPS testing applications as I described.

In practice, when driving on any map, e.g. GoogleMaps - the position goes crazy, moves backwards / jumps forward / backwards, shows badly or reacts with a huge delay.

I noticed that if I turn off "location" in the menu - then all satellites / position / time / speed are blocked (i.e. similarly to this problem that the GPS itself locks when it wants to), but in this case I force the location to be turned off . That's what I noticed by accident.

Someone may have a similar problem?

I just bought this device today. The same price as the 11Ts but definitely better.

I have owned and Xiaomi 8, 9, and this 10T Pro. I will not be buying another. After owning it for less than 10 month the Camera broke. I sent it in for repair in September and it is still not fixed, more than 2 months later. I am having to call the Xiaomi repair center to get status updates and they are not responsive. Terrible service and support. This is the last Xiaomi I will be buying. I use to recommend the product to friends and relatives - that will not be happening anymore. Instead, I will be letting them know how horrible the service has been and about the products lack of reliability. Another thing I did not like are the updates - too many bugs in the OS, and also the number of updates you get over the life of the product (too few). Yes, it is cheap - but this is clearly a case of you get what you paid for, and in my case even less. I cant wait over 2 months for my phone to be fixed, I am using an old one in the interim and will now have to get something else.

is there alternative for the audio jack because its wireless...

Terrible phone. My first 10T pro suddenly shutdown and can't switch on. Dealer replaced me another 10T pro, but I realized the storage memory are really seriously slow when transferring file to PC using cable and when saving a new edited photo it'll not show up in the gallery immediately, usually it take about 2 days then it'll appear in the gallery. Worst of all, the WiFi-5 speed test it only can hit the download speed at 40mbps Max.

What is best between amoled ang ips lcd?

I'm dissapointed with display... tested 10T Pro against 2 year old Note 8 Pro and screen is worse, brightness and contrast is worse. Very dissapointing. IMHO it's worse display than 2 year old midranger.

Finally a phone which has a reasonable pixel density for me. At my age I have lost the ability to see it anyway. Though NITS get more important.
But the camera should still be good for me. As I edit and view/use on a large screen anyway.
Not a gamer, so power and speed should be perfectly working for the next 5 years. I just waved goodbye to my 2013 Note 3!
No SD should not be any problem with 5G and clouds. SIM could also be replaced by eSIM. And this rather large amount of space saving would be welcome for a wireless charging function.
If it goes through the day without any problems, than no need for super high speed chargers as in the end it will only drop battery lifetime.
So yes, I am seriously thinking of getting one, and at a 40% discount and likely cheaper screen repair costs. Shouldn't be regretting it.
Next I want to see carbon fiber backs, instead of fingerprint glass (probably get silver this time, also as it heats up less on a terrace when they reopen).

Mi 10T pro is not worth the price. From camera and price perspective better take Honor 20 Pro or even Honor 30 Pro, which is almost the same as Huawei p40 Pro as specs, but a lot cheaper.
