ОтветитьWill is kind, sincere, honest,, joyful. I am happy to listen to his teachings. He is a good man .
ОтветитьVery handy. Please get us a kindle version of your book.
ОтветитьAlcohol is a poison to the mitochondria. Alcohol has a glycemic index at the top of 100. Like drinking glucose syrup. Alcohol directly causes fatty liver disease. There really isn’t any redeeming value to alcohol considering the remaining adverse effects.
ОтветитьThank you so much!
The stats are in: dieting and 'lifestyle changes' do not work in the long term for the vast majority of people, so focussing on being fit and taking care of our health, no matter our size, I feel is very important.
The sad thing is that we fatter people are shamed by doctors and told that every health problem is due to our weight, which is unfair, and leads to us not going to the doctor when we should. This can compound potential health issues.
Also we heavier people are body-shamed at the gym, at the pool etc., even though we're trying to get fit and healthy, which makes many of us give up and stop trying.
So I'd like to know: what are your thoughts on HAES (Health At Every Size)?
Thank you so much, you are such a good guy, heavenly sent to bless all.❤💪🏻
ОтветитьI love Wills straight forward no messing instructions clear and concise
ОтветитьExcellent presentation Will.
ОтветитьVery interesting. Thank you. I enjoy your videos. Adrienne. Ps I try and do some of them every day 😊
ОтветитьHi Will, I live in Australia. my home has no stairs, there are no stairs at work or a supermarket store I usually go to. I knew that climbing up and downstairs are really good so I bought a vertical climber. Do you think it is a good alternative?
ОтветитьGreat presentation! Factual, useful, relevant, motivational and empowering information delivered articulately.
Will, if you happen to read this, I have been aching to ask you one critical question which was not mentioned in all your videos. It’s about the importance of rest to allow the muscles to grow with resistance training. I read online that it’s a science based fact to allow the muscles to recover in order for them to grow. And rest is also important in order not to overwork a particular muscle or the body. Standard suggestion is to rest a muscle for 48 hours before using it again. What is your advice?
Really great presentation, I’ve been listening to your recommendations and have implemented some, hopefully as I improve I will be able to add more to my routine. Thank you keeping it simple and doable. 🙏👏
Ответить(I’m taking notes while working in my office). Thank you, Will for all the helpful information.
Mabuhay ka!
So good. Thank you.
ОтветитьNew on your channel. I need this so badly. Thanks
ОтветитьThis is so helpful, thank you. You are so easy to listen to, Will, and explain things very clearly.
ОтветитьI like the way you explain things. I watched your “getting up from the floor video”. But would love to see one on who to achieve getting back up from a squatting position on the floor, without hanging onto furniture. Toddlers bop up and down without any effort and I don’t know when I lost the strength and ability to do this.
ОтветитьAlways helpful Will to listen to you to encourage me look after my body, thankyou.
ОтветитьSo glad I found you! I'm already benefitting from your advice. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you, Will!
ОтветитьI really, really, really enjoyed your talk. I watch all your videos. I am in the process of purchasing your book. Thank you. 😊
ОтветитьGreat advice Will Thank you. I've never been a fan of calorie counting - using a smaller plate is a great idea. Our dinner plates are much larger than they were 20/30 years ago. We fill them up and we don't move as much!
ОтветитьWill, you are a great help. Keep up with the good work
ОтветитьVery useful and good explanation. Thank you !
ОтветитьI’ve been an occupational therapist for 20 years + and your advice and guidance is some of the best I’ve seen or heard. Well done 👍
ОтветитьThank you for your hip and buttocks, exercises I have got a spare on the bottom of my hip and you have helped with that
ОтветитьSo interesting and helpful. Very motivating.
ОтветитьWill Harlow, you entered my life like a guiding light, just in time to make life worth anybody’s while, you are honest, caring and sincere 🤗🫶

ОтветитьI do agree he is a very good man very kind and professional thanks you from France
ОтветитьCalorie-counting is a total waste of time. In my new book I will explain why. Thanks for this gr8 lecture…! 🙏
ОтветитьWill, your way of explaining key concepts is clear and appealing. But your sleep science suggests you have been reading the same studies Matthew Walker cites in his book, ‘Why We Sleep’. We actually know very little about sleep; how indeed would robust sleep studies be conducted…? 🤔
ОтветитьHey! I'm 73 & I was diagnosed with Parkinsons in 2012. Several years ago I also got vertigo. One year I fell 11 times. One year I fell & hit my head & had to go to the ER & have 11 stitches in my head. Now, I have not fallen in 3 years. The year before that I fell once but I didn't hurt myself. I've done Physical Therapy 3 different times. Each time I have had to convince them that I wanted them to teach me how to walk, about center of gravity & just generally how to be aware all of the time so I would have better balance. I'm never going to have good balance but it seemed to me that I should be able to have improved balance. My thinking was that when we learn to walk we're toddlers & we do it by trial & error. So, I figured that there must be a good way to do it. Does the ball of the foot go down first or last? Etc.? I call Not Falling "Job One". Perhaps my experience will be helpful to someone else.
ОтветитьLoved listening to your talk Will very informative and motivating. You have a wonderful knack of simplifying everything. Keep doing what you're doing, us oldies need you ❤
