ОтветитьI remember once my biology teacher in college taught us that all the collagen marketing saying it makes ''skin better'' was a scam because, like any other amino acid, collagen gets broken down into peptides and then amino acids when eaten. So that means that when the ''collagen'' gets into your body, its not collagen anymore
