He Just Can’t Control His Teeth. Whyyy?

Multiple times a day we do this. It always ends with me getting bit in the arm 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’ve tried petting more, because maybe it’s an attention grab (literally lol), less, because it could be over stimulation, and not at all, which he isn’t having it lol, and it doesn’t matter, he can’t control his teeth. I’ve even let him bite me to see if it’s ’love bites’ and then he does light, harder, really hard - - chair eviction lol. So now we do this until he makes an attempt then I put my arm behind my head. If anyone knows what I’m missing please tell me lol.
