ОтветитьThis video told me me that I'm definitely not eating enough 🤣 I'm training for my first 100 mile race, the Oregon Cascades 100, in August and the calorie needs are HIGH. I'm running about 40 miles a week nowadays and omg I can't get enough food. The struggle is real. Loving the consistency of your channel! Keep it up! 👍
