However a process executive is basically a fresher. Eventually the requirement from the process matters whether it's a voice process or non voice process.
Both processes have some sort of technical related requirements (finance related or calling voice application support, process data etc)
Bpm have morning shifts, but if your client is UK or US based then you need to work either in afternoon shifts or US night shift, some process like voice process give night shift allowances which is great.
Each process in BPM have various unit's and their rules on break timings so you need to adhere to that,
Some unit's have relaxing atmosphere work environments and some are more fast paced and have stricter rules like login time breaks and no paper policy or no phones on floor etc,( deposit the phone with security and enter the floor) that depends on the critical data your working on in the client eg (Bank account details of customers, card details, social security numbers etc).
However all' processes follow fun Friday activities, team outings, parties, team bonding activities etc.
Everyone is treated equally,
If you work your way up and be focused on the tasks and meet your daily targets deadlines etc it's rewarding you get considered as club elite member ( top performers), you get to meet leadership in floor walks, highly motivated sessions etc.
If you do good in your process your name is more visible to higher management and they can rely on you they can trust you that you can resolve escalation or handle the work that has been allocated to you etc.
As you climb up the ladder you become more mature and responsible, you start making decisions and getting work allocated to the team getting work allocated trusting your leads and SMEs to get the work done etc.
Growing up the ladder is hard and it takes a lot of personnel determination from your end( weekend working, sacrifices for work working on day off stretching the shift to complete deadlines all this goes in favour to you in the long run as the more your giving in every effort is being tracked by higher management so they can see which employee is good and which employee is better at what they do
