Long time viewer first time commenter. This might be a 'Hot take' but I don't see a long term future in vintage mtg anymore. I understand there's a finite supply and because of what MTG represents to modern TCG's it will always hold value however I think we're nearing the end of an era of 'emotional pricing' where a substantial amount of value is derived from the nostalgia. Magic is and has been a commodity for decades but with an ever increasing amount of supply going to people speculating on product I think its inevitable to see a price collapse in about 15 years when the market gets flooded with people selling their card investments to go retire with Rudy down in Florida.
