These Loaded Scandi Hotdogs are one of our new favourites! Spiralised sausages topped with a tangy, remoulade-inspired potato salad made with pickles and curry powder – it's a flavour sensation that my family absolutely loved! Perfect for a quick meal or your next camping trip.

Despite a rainy and cold weekend, it didn’t stop us from having an amazing time in our @cubcampers Drifter. We set up quickly, stayed cosy with our heater, and woke up to fresh air by the water – pure magic. ✨
