I actually would not be purposes if all the undecideds were 80 or older (I’m 65). My mother, for most of her life thought manners and presentation were hugely important. Book cover vs content, you know. It drove me to become a punk as soon as I left home because I grew up in a household where we didn’t call a thing a thing.

Having said that, my mom was about judging book covers in her personal life (and was frequently disappointed) but when it came to politics, she did pay attention to contents.

So yeah - there are people who view the world that way and are politically uninformed or underinformed. I just Thor hi t that manners stuff was a really old people thing.

Voters who are "undecided" this late in the game remind me of Christina Ricci's character in Yellow Jackets when she destroys the radio that will help rescuers find the plane.
