Hi!
I maybe don't understand the word very well...but.....northern gardeners are very impatient.
They have to grow enough (traditionally) to feed themselves and their animals through the winter.
Hopefully providing animal bedding as well.
They push the seasons and gamble on early plantings that may fail.
They curse the clouds and pace the floor!
Patience is certainly a virtue but applying it to short season gardeners might be incorrect....I think.

I love gardening, some years I didn't grow a lot, but been gardening 38 years. Gardening teaches you patience, Planning, gives you exercise, gives you a new outlook for the future. Helps with depression. If you do it right it doesn't have to be expensive. Just do what you can afford to do. Save every seed that you can save, compost everything you can, plant everything you like to eat. Keep a journal so you can keep track of what when how and how much you plant, so you can adjust it so you grow just the right amount of just the right varieties at the right time. But most of all have fun..... eat what you grow...grow what you eat

Patience and perseverance and forgiveness. In my zone, we wait for months on end for the growing season to start. Once it does, we often get hit with less-than-ideal growing situations. We get late snow, horrible hail, big winds, draught or too much rain. It's brutal here. And yet, we just keep going. Every year we are excited for summer to come and sorry for it to end. I wait patiently for the time when I can be outside in my garden. I wear dirt under my nails as a sign of pride!

That is very true ! I see where you are getting at.I just see nature at It is own time, the same thing with seeds and seedlings, some of them just take their time and for it to develop...oh boy ! Hahaha The squirrel was really funny. My mom said she loves watching your channel, now we are watching it on TV in our dinner room. She loves the 'Hello everyone' that you say in the beginning of your videos ahhaha You made a lady happy with gardening videos.
Gardening open our eyes to what real life really is. Time is a cycle that plants always reborn in each season.

Second video I've watched today about how gardening takes a lot of patience. This is a sign for me to be more patient, but to also be proud of myself for willing to wait long periods of time to grow things. Balance
