Cell phones now cause more accidents than all DWI combined.
Cops are actually not doing nearly enough of this. Mainly because most politicians break the rules as much as anyone and don't want it being enforced enough. Simple undercover SUV's with hidden cameras looking out the top of each of their windows would bring in more money than all other tickets combined. Super easy fix and saves a ton of tax payer dollar.

This happened in Europe, they would’ve taken her drivers license away for I don’t know a month, she probably needs to get out of her car and take an Uber back with her child instead of engaging and unsafe practices. And you’re most places she would’ve been fined immediately 40 or €80
