I lost about 80lbs but am only 29. My face has taken a hit pretty bad. My once full cheeks have dropped, neck is sagging, no more fat under my eyes, very deep marionette lines and jowling (I think). Do you recommend a face lift at 29? based on what my body/ skin has gone through I’d say I look about 40
