Hey Ty, great video as always. Just curious, does it help when the buyer escalates concerns about timeline above the construction superintendent’s head (ie district manager, vp, etc)? Obviously not to be a pest, but just to touch base. Reason I ask is because we were waiting on exterior material for 3 months. I called the district manager and then the next day it was at the house. Not sure if it was coincidence or if it got things moving.
