Watching all these again in case I may or may not run into them. Will be my 2nd attempt at tasting tomorrow so fingers crossed my brain knowledge doesn't get steered off the road by my senses cross-talking / mis-firing on me... Did so many reps on these German/Czech styles in past month, still is not very easy for me to pluck them when doing blind. But will keep trying... 🙂

Btw: it's pronounced "urkwel", not "urkel". Also in German Saaz is "zaats", in Czech Žatec ("zhatets").
