What Max Bit Rate and Buffer Size do you use when Live Streaming?

If the game is new to get the copyright to make videos on a game do I just right the copyright information or do I have to contact the company for permission

Sorry to bother with another question but what's your bit rate when you stream I am unable to do 60 fps but soon I will too ( hahahaha evil laugh)

How do you make an actual good icon and art? Are there any guidelines? I've had this icon for like 2.5 years, back when I was making montage parody videos. I like it but I need some other opinions.

I'm looking to make videos as well, just for the giggles. I like managing channels and revenues and just managing in general. I'm OK in Photoshop and Sony Vegas so it'd be a fun thing to do, also practising my English speaking skill in the meantime. Anything I can improve on this icon?

idk if you'll read this, but do i need legal rights to do videos of any game? or just specifics? How do i know wich in that case? (since u said u had problems with whitcher 3) or just by putting the copyright thingy am i good to go?
