I wish I had these vidoes when I was a teenager and in my 20's and 30's. I am now in my 40's and this past year I have been on a journey, to looking my best. I decided to stop dying my hair and I have embraced my gray hair, I have grown it out, I got rid of all my jeans and pants and I just either wear dresses or skirts with pretty blouses. I am still trying to find the right shades of makeup to wear, but over all its an awesome journey. I love all of your videos. They have been a game changer, in fact I used to hate wearing nail polish and I could care less about my nails, now I am putting nail polish on and taking care of them. Thank you so much.

There's this young girl in our house. She steals like hell. But you know you need the money to buy, new braas when old ones get broken. You also need the money to buy a new towel. Here's an affirmation that I use often to allow me to express from my own feminine nature. It's sooo simple. "I am loved, and I am safe!" Say it 3 times with a hand or both hands on your heart. Say it with feeling! Feeling safe AND loved, allows you to slip into softnes, while loving yourseslf enough to claim goals and set boundaries. Try it, you'll like it! 💙🌞🥀 Oh!
