INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Mix well & Keep aside
2 eggs
Sugar 1/2 cup ( add gradually)
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 1/3 cup
Beat for 30sec
Add dry ingredients gradually
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix it in one direction
6 inch mould
Brush oil
Place baking paper
Swirl with a toothpick (to remove air bubbles)
Heat the pan for 5 mins
Place the mould
Cook it on medium flame for 20-30 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20-30 mins
Let it cool completely
Cherry on top
