2 months on the job right now and I have sold 12 cars but the margins are terrible bc I am so desperate for the sale I am afraid to be pushy when I need to be so I end up closing but in order to get it my manager has to give up the kitchen sink. Joining your fb group now

Plain truth is that she told me "I don't want to follow your procedure, show me the vehicle first, MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM"

They had bought a vehicle 20 years ago!! The only idea I could come up was to show her a $42000 2020Tacoma
Then she went down in aggressively demanding...
She realized that she was really off reality in the market!!

Her budget was only $25000 !! No matter what my GM did they wouldn't stay, arguing had to go out to eat, her health wasn't good....She will never come back, she was the gate keeper despite the truck being for her retired husband who didn't participated on making a decision and just complained, I did neutralized him, but it was too late..I wish I would've known exactly what to say a couple of days ago

Hey man- I'M a 600 year plus guy in Georgia- I don't do car groups- I dont go to training- that being said I do personally train NON STOP all day everyday- I watch you a bunch- you Steve Richards and Tom hopkins- all that being said- I use Facebook BIGTIME but i watched couple videos of yours and I started using market place and craisglist- first week sold 7 off both of them- would have been 12 if customer would have got here faster- just want you know some of use that don't join the groups still watch you and very appreciative of what you do- thanks for the great idea's keep up good work Tim DEnton Five Star Ford Warner Robins Georgia

Andy can you do a video on how to hold freight and dealer prep? I know we always need to hold gross but sometimes it’s difficult because everyone wants to negotiate. I can hold it as long as I close the payment but how do you do it ?

I am new to car sales and I'm trying to discover ways to stand out and excel, any suggestions?

I’m not sure what im doing wrong? I have good Word Track’s, I know the product like the back of my hand, I ask the right questions when it’s important and I always have a fired up attitude! For example I had 7 customers today but no car sales and I know it will happen but recently it’s been pretty constant and i’m not sure if there is something I could do to turn them into buyers rather than lookers. Great video! In 5 years I grew my roofing company from 0- $6.5 million. I hit that level thinking I had “made it” and started ignoring that brought me to where I am. I started binge drinking and staying hooked on my phone. Last week, I gave it all up and have vowed to stay sober and present with my family and in my business. I also got back in the gym three days a week.

Your video hit the nail on the head. I train my sales guys 3x days a week and since I’ve made that change, I’m ALREADY seeing our numbers rise from it. I’m more sharp, happier, and my meetings are 20x better! Great video!

When I get a cell I get in the zone and everything‘s perfect but it’s very easy for me to fall back into complacency.
