Kenzie FINALLY exposes Dance Moms

Have Yins ever watched the full episodes on the Lifetime app, I don't understand how Christy is one of the favorite moms. I like her, but she started that shit with Leslie if someone did what she did I wld go after her too, also no one even said anything when she told her daughter she wanted her to stop with her nervous garbage... Screaming in Paige's face because she was upset with Kelly The list goes on. Those things weren't edited you can tell. Sometimes she would even start shit with Abby for no reason too. Idc if I get hate Im 34 the same age she was when dancemoms started, I too have a daughter if she felt that her daughter was treated unfairly she should have left, but the fame and money was more important. Everyone blames Melissa and Abby for Maddie and Chloe's friendship, but again what abt Christy who came back in season 7 and said she cannot talk to her... Then recanted her statement because it was 2012 anymore.

As an adult with children of my own (2 sons), I honestly feel it should be illegal to have children subjected to participating in reality shows like DM. I just feel it was too intrusive and far too much pressure on these young ladies. Also think of the chomos that have lusted after and even sent obscene letters and items to these young ladies, even some having tattoos of their faces on their bodies smfh. It's sometimes challenging enough as parents to protect our children from bad people with evil or perverse intentions, why would you put your child's personal life out there for the world to see and allow them to dress in sometimes provocative clothing dancing, etc for the entire world to see?!? I just wonder why anyone would expose their children like that smfh. Not to mention the pressure these kids were under, it wouldn't be at all surprising if they turn to drugs, alcohol, or worse suicide.

Kenzie was so young when the show started it’s not like it was really a choice at that point. Her mom just decided for her.

I would love to see a show of those OG Dance mom kids, as they are now with their current dance skills, not necesarily competing against anyone but to either show how they can dance in comparison, now...or shoeing THEM as coaches with kids who are the same as they were then, teaching their old solos and/or group numbers.

It would br fun to see, but not very likely to happen.

I feel like she wanted to say, "I would never want my kid to undergo through what I've been through cause of Dance Moms", and it's just sad

Can’t blame any of the girls because it was probably so traumatizing there was pressure put on them all the time and my personal opinion to be honest the moms didn’t do anything about it because why keep your kids in a situation like that?!! Also it’s sad that all of the girls get nervous or don’t even like to think about dance moms they are traumatized this is sad !!

I'm so sorry for the trauma that everyone in the show went through. Especially the kids. I hope you've all healed or healing.

There's a few things that I don't understand. A lot of the girls and moms said that the fights were not real. I mean, they were friends. So they could tell that to the kids and know that it was part of the show. What I think is that Abby and the competition side was the problem. Cos they didn't learn a dance for all the competition season like other dancers. It was more than one per week. The other thing... It's impossible that she doesn't remember anything. She was 6 and left when she was almost 12. I think she just doesn't want to talk about it. And another think that I see that could cause anxiety to the Ziegler sisters is her mum and her relationship with Abby.

To answer the question at the end, I would probably enjoy competitive dance again, as I used to do it at a young age but as I got older I became more socially anxious so I quit dancing as a whole. However, I would not like to be on a reality show lol

A show that shouldn’t have even existed in the first place. Screw all the moms that made their children be in this show and screw Abby Lee Miller. They should all be ashamed of themselves. It’s good that these former dancers are getting to talk about their experiences on being on this bad show

If I we're to take part in Dance Moms, as the manager for the ALDC which is a big responsibility, I will prepare myself to write producers on a small piece of paper, tape it on my arm and hide it under my sleeve. Since you can't say producers on the show or it gets blurred out. I will not let them get away with what they do. And also if they have me say that this mother has become a "punk", I will warn every other mother that they might edit me and make everyone think I'm saying the D word, B word, or worse yet, maybe even the C word. That would be taking things way too far. But my answer to this question is, hell no.

So, the producers all lied to them about what the show was called, what the format was, the number of episodes there would be, and how they would be portrayed on TV, then once everyone had signed in blood, proceeded to exploit and abuse them for years. I'd wonder out loud why none of them sought legal action against the producers for manipulating them into signing away their lives under false pretenses, but we all know nothing would have come of it, because as we all know, the legal system simply is not interested in protecting innocent people, especially children, from exploitation and abuse.

I can't imagine what Kenzie and the rest of the girls went through. I would never want to be on a show like that. My 7 year old daughter has been taking dance classes since she was 2. As of right now, it's fun for her. If she wants to do competitions, then all she needs to do is try her best. It's not that serious.

They all talk about how toxic it was yet it’s only reason they r famous with money. Toxic? The Hollywood world is toxic. Kenzie doesn’t remember it but she knows it was toxic. These girls are dumb.
