I was the key person in my old role, and the CEO to this day hasn't replaced me. (I left due to needing major surgery, still recovering atm).

Since then - 18 months ago - the business has had THREE threats from government stating the business will be shut down if XYZ doesn't happen within ABC time.

Absolutely huge damage is being done to the business, because there was no plan for my departure despite having months of notice. I really feel for the existing start.

Really good video. You are back on track. I disagree with just one thing - min/max strategy is not always good. Even though we have central task management list and everyone can check the progress, I encourage team communication (in office), because otherwise the environment doesn't feel healthy and we become PC zombies :) Team members can communicate as much as they want as long as they meet their deadlines.
