Saw her perform this song as opening act for Elton John in 1974. She joined Elton on stage when she sang backing vocals on All The Girls Love Alice as she did so powerfully on the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Album. Such an awesome singer.

Wow, I thought she was a black singer. Was totally shocked to see she's not.
