The dangers of hustle culture runs deep. If done the wrong way, self motivation will take you to a dark place. Hustle culture will isolate you from the world, its puts you in the frame of mind focused only on one thing, and that is your goal, what you are trying to obtain. With your focus only being on the end goal you forget what is right in front of you. Your family, your friends, the gift of the present. You will start to see yourself living in the future, and from experience, that can be very detrimental to you well being.

We take a dive into this culture that has been praised by celebrities like Steve Harvey, Elon Musk, and Eric Thomas, broadcasting their views on self motivation. If you do what they do, then you too will be successful. All it will take is working yourself to death in order to obtain what you seek.

Now it begs a question, is what you want to obtain more important to you than your health? Or will you stop it nothing in order to obtain it. Team no sleep, grind grind grind, no days off. What is your true motive in trying to achieve all that you desire? If it is of materialistic value, subscribers, or to be seen, then I would wager that your motives are impure. Learn how to purify your motives and achieve what you want in a correct balanced, healthy way.
