I have a prayer book. Morning prayers starts. I adore you, my God, & i love You with all my heart.I thank You for having created me, made me a Christian, & kept me this night. I offer you my actions of this Day, grant that they all May be according to your holy will & for Your great glory. Keep me from sin & all evil. May Your grace be always with me & with all my dear ones.Amen others ordinally prayers..

This is so much simpler then I imagined non-stop prayer to be. I tried memorizing litanies and acclamations and they felt like a struggle at times. Thank you so much, this feels so gentle, doable and effortless. 🙏

Oh my!!! What a confirmation! I have made the observation that in the morning before my day starts I ask God to reveal Himself in Scripture and then after reading pray...ask Him to be with me and help me to do His will and act in a way that is pleasing to Him during the day...I can tell you because I'm not consistent with this morning routine that it works!!!! My day becomes a prayer because when I ask the Father to be with me. And the days I'm negligent...I notice. Thank you Fr. Mike! I NEEDED that confirmation

When I say the morning offering, I try to say, every breath I take, every step I take, every time I speak, every time I look let it be an offering of praise and thanksgiving to you dear lord

Ask God into the moment ,( God be present to me as I am present to you).
Invite God into the situation, into the moment
Offer the moment/ situation as a sacrifice to God .
Resolve/tell God you accept the consequences of the actions/ situation/moment as he God wills

Ahh, I got lost. Would you run that one by again? I engage God throughout the day but not mindful of is If it’s a sacrifice, acceptance or what. I just wanna visit Him to Praise or thank, or ask. Not sure what you’re saying. Yeah, guess I’m that slow. Sorry

St Francis de Sales recommended this three step process method to pray unceasingly (Ask, Offer, Accept)
1) Ask God to be present, (Since God is always completely present to us what we are really doing is being attentive back to Him)
a. (Sacramental moment, sacred sign of channel of grace)
2) Offer this moment to God (all types of moments, ordinary, difficult, awesome, joyful moments, like walking to bus, falling asleep, eating a steak, etc )
a. Makes every moment a sacrifice)
3) Accept (resolve to) whatever comes out of this moment (accepting God’s will?)
a. Makes it a moment of surrender


Will transform relationship with God and how one lives! Sacrament of the Present Moment! (Sacramental moment, sacred sign of channel of grace)
What would spiritual life look like is we ask God to be present every moment?

So for those who follow the Divine Will (Luisa Piccarreta) it's an elaboration of "Come Divine Will" (fusing with Jesus). For those who follow Holy Love, it's an elaboration of living the two greatest commandments in every present moment (loving God and loving neighbor). For those who follow Fr Mike Schmitz, it's an elaboration of "Come With" ;o)
