When an object is a fool:
Ответитьhaha object fool
ОтветитьI like this analysis. Most videos like this are very long and beat around the bush a lot, but you're more direct and to the point.
ОтветитьHEYYY ITS MUSIC THEROY
Ответить"still time to do it too" is sex. Watch the video.
ОтветитьOk i have a question, about suicide hotlines, are there actual people that you text? Or is it a bot.. i texted one and the “person” chatted with me then ghosted me.
Ответитьand now it's used in a web series about living objects competing for a thing. Awesome!
ОтветитьMy theory is there is no phone operator, but just Baby and a loved one's perspectives. The hotline meaning who she's dependent on giving her all the comfort she could ask for, but even that isn't enough to calm her anymore. "drinking eyes" could mean her wanting to cry but can't, drinking more meaning wanting water/tears to flow.
The second chorus switches to her loved one realizing she actually attempted and starts calling for an ambulance (dial nine/felt the wind). Thankfully in time to give her another chance to live too (no flatline). Hung up and put on hold could mean she didn't want them to stop her and stopped talking to them. The rest of the song switches back to her view, thinking all the help she's getting is wasted on her and already planning another attempt, this time faking feeling better so no one finds out (I feel so good/I won't say anymore).
I thought it was about abortion
ОтветитьCacete, this is so heavy that if a whale gets above me now I'll say that is slight!
ОтветитьThere’s actually another version of baby Hotline, which I found in a video it sounds the same but it was posted 563 years ago it says.
ОтветитьThis reminds me of my 25th birthday where I sat on hold with 988 for 2 hours before I just hung up
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьI really didn’t think it was that deep
ОтветитьI honestly see the song in a different Pov,
I see it as in the perspective of the person who Baby called, most of the points I agree with but the main reason why I see in the perspective that baby called is from the line "I insist somebody would die" which at first doesn't sound right cause it would be insisted, but at the start of dialogue it's insist instead of insisted so I think it's kind of similar and if combining the points you make it sounds like someone just was hired by the hotline and insists to everyone someone would die and they knew it was baby so they ignored them, then she died.
Also I heard instead of "hung up and put on hold" I heard "Your life was cut too short" which could be the boyfriend possibly
Just before "Baby hotline, Please dail nine to get out" there is a quiet voice that says "oh uh, ill try again". just if you missed it!
Ответитьtally
sllauber
sorry, I am stupid and I don't really understand the part 'sunbathe' till morning time', what is the death?
Ответитьdamn i feel like baby
ОтветитьI never realised Object Fool's intro was baby hotline but instrumental
ОтветитьÆŒЁßÑØŮIJŻÆMŪ
ОтветитьBaby hotline and miracle musical go hand and hand, both having fun tunes with darker lyrics than you can imagine
ОтветитьYeah its a sad song
ОтветитьThen what does “no boundary boredom mean?
ОтветитьJack stauber>>>
ОтветитьI need more
Ответитьputting a thanks for watching right after describing the most traumatic story is insane
ОтветитьDamn, i admire your level of insight to this song. I couldnt figure it all out myself. Your explenation is amazing
Ответитьme trying to explain the meaning of pinkerton songs to my friends:
ОтветитьThis is not at all how I interpreted the song but I do get it tho
ОтветитьThis is not at all how I interpreted the song but I do get this interpretation though
Ответитьexcellent, smart yet simple and straight to the point, loved hearing your analysis
ОтветитьI mean its jack stauber of course it has a dark meanjng
Ответитьi thought this was about hotline bling
Ответитьwtf this makes so much sense
ОтветитьI thought you were someone else and when I heard your voice I genuinely screamed.
ОтветитьAll of Jack stauber's music is either abt suicide, abandonment, or depression
ОтветитьThe “hoarder of quarters” line could also be interpreted as she never calls the hotline and therefore she has a lot of quarters and her first experience with the hotline sped up her suicide progreesion
ОтветитьI always heard this song as an eerie, even without knowing the meaning. I don't know why.
ОтветитьI instantly saw that the song was about suicide.
ОтветитьPleasantries when?
ОтветитьIm from Colombia and i remember someone putting this song on some wholesome church video 😂
Ответитьfirst time I heard it I just think, abusive relationship????
ОтветитьJust way too cheerful for the meaning
ОтветитьIve been on antidepressants for some years now, and working on coping mechanisms, and ill tell you. Coping SUCKS because its HARD. And antidepressants feel weird when you first start them because you get so used to how depression feels that when you DONT feel those depression symptoms (at least not to the extreme you did before) it feels like youre completely numb and emotionless. Coping sucks because the bad coping mechanisms (self harm, addiction, etc) are so much easier to do than the good ones because its so much easier to 'indulge' in your dark thoughts and feelings than it is to actively fight against them
ОтветитьGreat analysis but maybe you should slow down your speech pattern
ОтветитьAre those black glasses with clear insides?
Ответитьmore like jack stauber balls
