This was so worth watching just to see you use the ropeless rope while brushing your teeth! 😂 it looks like you had fun recording this video. 😄 I’m with you on ropeless jump rope. It’s awkward and not my thing. There are less awkward options to maintain upper body strength if I ever couldn’t jump rope. 👍🏻
ОтветитьHonestly, I don’t see these being a big seller
ОтветитьThanks for the review. I am not into these.....but it's nice to see you tried them.
ОтветитьI got the full set when it came out. I live in a smaller space and can’t jump rope indoors. Also can’t jump rope outside when it’s winter. This has been pretty good and I’m glad I got them. Maybe not as good as using an actual rope, but it is effective.
ОтветитьI'm unsubbing any channel that puts their faces on the thumbnails. Especially with a weird face like that
ОтветитьUsing your imagination to jump with this “rope” will gain a lot of fun.
ОтветитьReally, I can see someone raking themself with those. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
ОтветитьI brought the half a lb ropeless rope but it didnt seem to have enough intensity to increase my heart rate. Do you think the 2lb ropeless would be too much or is it possible to use the 2lb ropeless for 60 minutes?
ОтветитьI like them for visualizing spinning the rope while learning a new trick. Yes i think it defeats the purpose but crossrope's one is at least good for an arm workout
ОтветитьCrossrope is two steps closer to making nunchucks
ОтветитьSeniors enjoy this rope since they do have mobility issues; and secondly, you can work on your core on a mat and rotate the cordless rope. I agree this is not for you and the techniques for this rope needs more development. Please do not give up on developing new techniques for this tool, some of us seniors who do not have mobility issue would like to use it. This tool can also be used for one leg balance while rotating the rope which requires concentration and then the same for the other leg. Thank you for this video.
ОтветитьWhat is important, number of jumps. If u r jumping 150 jumps per minute it makes for a lot of sense with rope less.
U will be more jumping and less tangling
I could use those as I walk around the park.
ОтветитьRidiculous things. Can’t beat an actual rope…
ОтветитьFor me being autistic and have spent dedicated time trying to learn to jump rope to get a workout in and my best is still 7 before I hit my leg with many different ropes and aids (trying something new every 6 weeks). I spent a year around 15 minutes a day trying to learn this skill.
ОтветитьOne good point for ropeless jump rope is that you don’t have to worry the worn out of the rope due to friction . I had 2 classic crossrope and it worn out less than a year (I jumped 25 mins/day)
ОтветитьHaha..ha you looked like a crazy man. Walking around the house with that thing. Very funny. Be careful my man. You may whip yourself in the nutsac.
ОтветитьThey are good. I sweat a lot. I see the difference in my arms and stomach .I do additional arm workout. 2 1b is too heavy for me for now. Watch Phoenix Nation. She has a workout with these ropes.
ОтветитьI feel like people are undermining the benefits of this. You’re isolating your individual wrists and arms and potentially stabilizing fine muscles better.
ОтветитьOne other problem these might solve: I noticed that I had the habit of using virtually all elbow and no wrist in my non-dominant arm. These have proved useful in training the wrists to do the work. I've noticed my upper body is more symmetrical. More wrist + less elbow/shoulder = longer jump sets! Something to add to a sit and chill session
