Now i have a small doubt and a need of some help too brother--- planning to start building my first modular synthesizer from the start, so was keen to know what modules (and whether readymade or DIY or mixture of both) would you recommend i get in them first?( Considering for a beginner).

Great set of videos! Not too sure if you've been asked this in previous vids... Just wondering what actually is the best order to set-up the modules? I'd guess grouping the VCO's together, alongside VCA's, but after that I'm not too sure! What's the best layout you can suggest?

Thanks again for the explaining of modular synths,I don't think anyone make videos like yours. I hope you don't mind me asking but I'm curious to know: about how much money do you have invested in your modular?(how much did it cost you to build?) & about how long has it taken you to put your system together? Another couple of questions what do you think about pittsburg's basic modules good/average/bad? & have you heard anything about EMW from basil, they seem to be a bit more affordable in price compared to some other companies products. I really like the way modular synths work, but they're really expensive, especially on my budget.

Great videos but sometimes it's not so easy to understand for beginner like me, I hope that when I buy my first modular synth everything will be explained over time through practice. Peace !
