I’ve had a horrible neck/head tension headache for days now and this meditation is the first time I’ve been able to escape from it for a bit. Thank you!!

So sad that these meditations are now ruined by adds. A sleep meditation with a loud add at the end ulis useless. I know I know someone will say pay for the upgrade, which I won't do but neither will I listen to another honest guys sleep meditation. Sad because they used to be so wonderful.

I love your voice.. I’ve tried to listen to other meditation out there but their voices don’t calm me like yours. You have a special gift. I usually listen to your deep sleep version and fall asleep to it but always wake up when it’s done.I’m glad I found this one which is longer.Thank you for bringing my blood pressure down in stressful times❤ I also have afib and your meditation helps at times to get back into NSR.
