Rise At Highland Meadows Property Update

We purchased Rise at Highland Meadows, 328 units, in Dallas, TX in February 2023.

We have completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme, added new marketing banners, and a brand new monument sign. The pool has also received a refresh with a renovated pool deck and brand new furniture, and we completely renovated the clubhouse and leasing office at the property.

In addition to exterior upgrades, we have completely renovated 108 interior units to our platinum level finish.
