Bendakaya Pulusu | Andhra Special Recipe

Ingredients:
Oil- 4 tbsp
1 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Fenugreek
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tbsp Chana dal
2 sprigs Curry leaves
2 Dry Chillies
1/2 cup Onion choppings
2 slit green chillies
300 gms Okra cubes
1/2 litre Water
250 ml Tamarind Juice
2 tbsp Jaggery
Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Besan
