Just found this video, such a similar and relatable story, except the part about millions lol. Seriously though, very similar story, so many jobs, and pointless labour jobs too. I had so many issues, but I have found a direction and I'm going for it.

I've done everything from working in the RAF to being a health care support worker and nothing was working, it was either a crap job or bad pay now I'm working 16 hour days and kinda stuck at what to do with my life 🤷‍♂️ I've never been demoted just fired fired fired or left I've had some really horrible jobs. I have a back conditions, mental health, broken thumb, something wrong with my neck but not really sure. Not to meantion I dont like doctors due to working with the health system I realised how it runs. And i dont take benifits, I dont get veterans benefits I just struggle through life and hope theres something close to a God. And I'm 21

When you talked about making your first million but not buying luxury items outside of a used Z, that’s my thought process. I know I can be successful, just gotta find my way, but I’ve known since I was young, if I can’t buy one of my dreams cars outright, I probably shouldn’t have it. I’ve seen many people live beyond their means, and have seen the outcome when life hits them and they’re left with next to nothing. I’ve had people say “well athletes all lease their supercars.” Yeah I know, but I want to say it’s my car and I own it. A lot of people could lease a supercar, but very few can buy one outright.

THIS is the video I was missing. I didnt understand you until now and I think you'll do better when you actually do it more for yourself than your audience... at least for a little while. The numbers dont lie Aaron. I can tell you have a younger audience and they are almost exclusively "you guys". Imagine if you brought in a female co host. It would compliment your style and serve to develop your content in ways that no "guys" cancel tell you. Finally, being that the audience is in fact younger, teens too, you know that the feedback you received points to you becoming a sort of role model to them. don't be afraid to tell them what you want on your channel and why because otherwise it's going to feel like you're just doing it for the numbers. you're new Anna Nicole Smith and you don't have that Pagani collection, and if it's numbers you're after well that's what you're going to need, right? but come on you're not after the numbers, so Im left wondering who are these guys in your audience maybe bring some on the show from time to time that you're constantly wondering what they want to see. Why isn't it what Aaron wants to do, more often? I think you are finally getting to that place where you know you're not so new anymore and they are going to keep looking to you for
guidance. Lead. Being fired resonates with me, and I've definitely learned that it's a sign that you're supposed to work for yourself, produce as it were. I've owned my own company.. companies... for, 20 years now and I can tell you with certainty that writing your own paycheck and making your own path is the right attitude and if you don't pass that on to the audience you love so much how are they going to learn that... shouldn't they be learning that lesson from you. Case in point, you Definitely didn't get to where you are today by asking other people what you should do and how you should do it.. quite the opposite. To Palos!! Verdes that is.
