ОтветитьThank you for your videos. Low jamsyring tendonitis and the hypermobile knee cap that goes with it has made the exercise routines pf my 30s, 40s, 50s a bad choice in my 60s. I wanted to yry Tsi Chi for breathing, movement, and balance, and your videos are doable with modifications you suggest. Thanks again!

My walking is building up every day. ! A concern I have is when I am crossing roads. I have to look both ways This is where I start to have balance problem !!! and my structures starts with slightly nervous problem. I am not afraid ! just this nervous problem takes over my body when turning my head from side to side slowly . Would be so grateful if you could help me with this situation. Thank you again. M A
