ОтветитьYou are so beautiful.
ОтветитьSuch a powerful positive video, keep up the good work lovely!
ОтветитьOwww♥️
ОтветитьTotally felt when you said that the majority of those experiences were outside of gaming. I've had to take all those precautions you mentioned earlier on in every single industry I've worked in.
Ответитьvengo de parte de jordi wild xd
ОтветитьThank you for being a voice for girl gamers and speaking up on such important issues like this! I hope you continue making content as you're currently my inspiration for delving headfirst into C# programming!!
Ответитьlol I learnt about Natalia from KillMonday when her name keep appearing on the credits for little misfortune
ОтветитьI would have a really hard time not complimenting you 🥺
You're so beautiful and brilliant ❤️
We must recognize that there are problems regarding sexism in the industry, however it is not a problem in all fields and not even in all cases, it is something very unfortunate that must be changed. Unfortunately we are in a sensitive generation and given to criticism, at a level where being a man or a woman does not guarantee anything, job security depends exclusively on your abilities or at least it should be, in short we must learn to recognize and respect work everyone regardless of gender.
Ответить👏👏
ОтветитьWhy do you look so greasy all of a sudden?? Are you a liberal or a hippie?
ОтветитьThese tips also work for the vfx film industry
ОтветитьI love you, you would be my best friend
ОтветитьI do agree with the most part and I can understand how frustrating it would be to be rejected or judged just because you're a girl. However, this is not a problem with the games industry, we all want to find someone that will make us happy and a lot of people want to find a person with the same interests. And being the games industry a industry (like many other) here there are mainly men working on it, its "normal" that you're looked differently from men, just because it isn't what they're used to see at work. I also do think that people in their late 30's and so on when they give a compliment saying "you're beautiful" or "i like your smile" its not suppose to be offensive or like they're trying to flirt with you, I've talked a lot of times about that with my girlfriend and she also agrees that most of the compliments that she gets from men in their's 30's or 40's are not suppose to be a flirty thing. All of this to say that some of the things I think that you don't need to worry about as much as you think, I can understand that some of the things that people say can be very inconvenient and sometimes even offensive, but as a man and from what I've seen, some of them are not trying to make you uncomfortable or anything like that. I really liked the video and I'm glad that you're working on what you love, it would be nice to hear more about your job and how you got it and how is it to work at a games studio! Keep up
Ответитьsorry to bother you but i get entp vibes from you lol
ОтветитьAll the YES. I really hope you can help many future game developers with getting into the industry with this.
And I hope people already in the industry can be work on being better, myself included.
You need to get to the point waaaaaaaaaaayyyy faster.
ОтветитьI am an Indian and I fully support you and you really are a talented girl thanks for making video never stop being awesome 😌😌😌💐💐💐💐💐💐
ОтветитьLove this video my experience working in the games industry, had alot of red flags. I worked for a small company that made mobile games. I experienced sexual harassment, was always judged because of my gender. Never taken seriously and under paid. I felt no matter how hard I tried to prove myself it was never enough. So I left and now working on my own indie game and much more happier. The lesson I've learned is to be selfish well that's what I'm doing, why bother going out of your way to please people who will take at advantage and make life hell for you.
ОтветитьI tried applying for a job once and the manager started telling me about his life and how he was lonely. I withdrew my application quickly.
ОтветитьEasy way to get a job in gaming . Check female box and put like video games in your likes box
Ответитьtypical female privilege.
ОтветитьWhat about love from the first side? It is possible to fall in love, in the day 1:)
ОтветитьIt doesnt have to do anything with the topic but you're damn pretty
ОтветитьHi Yagman , loving the videos , really positive , you can do anything if you put your mind to it. 🙂 also have an unreal question to ask from something you have done on your short if possible ?
Ответить💙
ОтветитьWhy are you so beautiful...🤔🤔🤔
ОтветитьI am a woman that used to and maybe will keep working in the industry, the fact that we need to explain so ducking much is making me feel frustrated.
ОтветитьMost of my discriminations came from just being in a male dominated field. People think I can’t do my job or I have to be baby sat or I’m just an intern. My bosses have come to find out I can do my job and I can do it well once I build confidence in what I am doing. I survey hvac systems and I draw them up in a 3D modeling software to design new systems for school buildings and hospitals. The amount of times I’ve had not only guys but girls point out how impressive it is that I’m a girl in the field and they couldn’t believe i was capable of handling such a “manly” thing was surprising. Some are genuinely happy for me some come off condescending. I mean I’ve had maintenance guys follow me around because they didn’t trust that I could do my job right or that I needed help measuring and finding locations of mechanical equipment because they thought I was just some college intern. :p it’s kinda shitty but not all of them are mean on purpose so I try to take that into account.
ОтветитьWhat an inspiring video. This should have millions of views.
ОтветитьIt’s hard because you’re so beautiful 😍
Ответитьyour Earring is cool 😓 i want get like this 🙂🙂
Ответитьyou are why games are shit now
ОтветитьThis is called life happens between men and women and men and men and women and women grow up. Don’t be scared if you can perform your job. If your good u keep ur job. If your shit at what u do then you know why u won’t have a job anymore. And your not a Victim and don’t tell me about minority BS 🤦🏽♂️ u are white. Understand that fuckin ridiculous. ….
ОтветитьThanks babe 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьI identify as a bisexual giraffe and I relate
ОтветитьHonestly seems like a lot of these are in your head, if a CEO girl boss wanted to take me to dinner and I'm single I'm not turning it down lol
ОтветитьIt is up to you if you determine certain actions or interactions are work appropriate or not. I don't think it is specific to a gender
ОтветитьThank you so much! This really helped me out!
ОтветитьElephant in the room. If you’re a pretty young girl this mostly applies lol
ОтветитьTelling someone they're filling a "gender gap" or that they're a diversity hire is truly disgusting and shows the insecurity of these people who are trying to make themselves feel superior due to their gender or race
ОтветитьThat burp though ewww
ОтветитьIf you're one of the game developers who keeps pushing woke ideology in games, please stop it. You're killing the industry because we won't buy it.
ОтветитьMy advice.. if your a woman and wanna work in the game dev industry just dont, you make really bad games.
ОтветитьI recently got badly burned by a company I was at and to be honest it did a lot of damage to me. It's been so, so healing to watch your other videos and just see a woman happy, making games. After some time to heal, maybe that can be me, too. Thanks for the video
ОтветитьThank you for making this video 🩵
ОтветитьHi are you in Facebook ?
ОтветитьI was kicked out of a tech job because the owner wanted an affair to get back at his wife. He then stalked me for several years, refused to give me a reference, tried to hack my business website (since I had to go the self employed route), dead called my phone, set up fake accounts to try to force me to talk to him online... Left me with agoraphobia and it's taken a long time and a lot of therapy/medication to start to recover and I don't trust anyone now. However, it did get me into creating games full time (since I was basically in isolation for four years). I'm glad there are groups out there just for women in tech/gaming. I never understood why they needed to exist before, but I get it now. It's great seeing younger women being more connected/aware now. I'm too old to start over, but game dev is a great creative outlet and something I'll do for the rest of my life regardless of pay.
