Nice "56". It would be real cool with 427 cu in and a 5 speed. It does sit to low. Interior not bad. Over all i like it. 👍

56 BelAirs are the best, IMHO. Wish I still had my (yes one more of those guys) 56 BelAir 2 door hardtop, 265 with the powerpack option, pretty red and white paint. 😍

Fix the radiator support. It is cut at the top witch puts pressure on the rad mounts.

Of the Tri-Five line up, 1956 is my favorite. That grasshopper color scheme was popular in the day.

Nice car the straps in the rear on the posts are original the steering wheel is a 57 chevy. And check the travel of the drive shaft on the charger into the transmission. Drive shaft maybe to long. Just my opinion.

Laurel green and Crocus yellow are the factory colors. Not my favorite but different. I do think 56 Belairs just beg for 2 tone paint. Good luck on your project!

I drive it every whare and get 20mpg I've won a couple of trophies with it

Yeah that car used to be three speed on the column just like the first car ever owned 283 you can climb inside the motor area and work on the car one of your room no emissions
