My own happiness, of course 😍 I have been rejected all my life and when I am in contact with people I do fear rejection because it has been my reality for so long, just my whole spiritual process is so much more interesting than people who were pretty likely to reject me anyway that I now spend minimal time thinking about it when I am actually rejected. I am very content with where my life is going, internal as well as external, that the excitement just blows everything away and I am left with people who actually resonate with that same state of being.

Teal always says to "dive". Dive into the fear, dive into your emotions. It's so important to dive deeper, experience your emotions and learn why you're feeling them - understanding is the biggest driver like she said here as well

I care more about being THAT GIRL than fearing being rejected. Thus I'm THAT GIRL.

If you are so much afraid of rejection, you might just manifest possible rejection, find some way to create it. Have to not think about it too much.

Mark Manson has also said something similar, he said you have to change ur values and put the things that really matter fist in order to not give a f about other things

This works for work cause theirs something more important. Doing your job = get paid.
This does not work when for personal relationship. Something more important is not getting hurt but to stop feeling hurt you come to this person in hopes to feel good by them.
