I just finished Wicked the book. It’s not a little different it’s a lot different. I wish I would have read it before seeing the musical because it’s very hard not to bring your expectations about who the characters are and what’s going to happen to it. A lot of characters were combined or scaled up. I am still processing because it was so much more complex and tragic. Kind of a slow read but worth it.
