The MCX in 12.12: Meta Builds, Min Recoil and M4 Comparisons!

In today’s video we will be looking at everything around the MCX in patch 12.12. This is an uncommon weapon to find on players right now, as it’s kind of slipped down the cracks in the existing meta with the 762x39 and higher calibers dominating the game in PvP, however there are some niches that the MCX fits into.

With the nerfs to the M4 it performs fairly well, even with builds that have higher statistical recoil but with the same fire-rate. This is compounded with it’s better ammo, which combines to give it a great time to kill overall when compared to an M4 with M855A1, with the major downside being the horizontal recoil. Given this and the slow round velocity of the .300 blackout caliber, it’s not really a long range weapon but in CQB bridges the gap between the SMGs and the AKM.
