The bead board was a great solution and actually looks original to the style of the house! Love the overall style of the kitchen.
ОтветитьFanTASTIC job!! 👏🏾👏🏾😍
ОтветитьU had to do so much U most have brought it at a good price
ОтветитьStunning! Great Job! You kept the vintage house feel!
ОтветитьWell done!!!!😍
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful job you did with your kitchen. ❤
ОтветитьOmg that is amazing! I can’t wait to buy my tools
ОтветитьI love a makeover where everything stayed where it was , no wall tear downs but you made it look clean and fresh. It looks like what that home would have looked like in it's best days.
ОтветитьThe paint colors. Also, the honesty of all your demolition and what you found and the reconstruction. None of it looked easy. P.S. Please consider wearing masks. As you saw, black mold is no joke.
ОтветитьGreat job!
ОтветитьGreat job, love the pop of color!
ОтветитьI jsut found your channel and subscribed. Love the kitchen. A few years back when we were getting ready to retire, we bought the worse house in a beautiful friendly neighborhood right next to the beach in Michigan. Lovely hometown atmosphere,,great neighbors. We fixed up the house using ideas like you and finding sinks, furniture etc off facebook marketplace. It has taken a few years, but the house is very cosy, we have everything we need and want,, and we are not in debt. We have the freedom to walk the beach and enjoy our family. I look forward to seeing what else you have done.
ОтветитьGreat kitchen. Love it. I might have scraped the glue off the walls before I put up the bead board. I would have trouble sleeping wondering what was under there.😅😅😅
ОтветитьThis is amazing🤭 Thank you for sharing your journey with us. You guys are indeed an inspiration!
ОтветитьGreat renovation. $1000 makeover that displays your craftsmanship. .
ОтветитьThis is the USA authentic makeovers continue
ОтветитьWhen painting frames gold, try painting them a cherry red colour first as an undercoat.
ОтветитьWow! What a beautiful transformation. I absolutely love the dirty martini paint color. I am drawn to green as well. Great job!.
ОтветитьWow. Absooutely stunning
ОтветитьBeautiful work but my oh my, you should be wearing masks while disturbing all that mold.
ОтветитьDid you say three years??
ОтветитьFYI... I keep hearing that bleach turns mold even more toxic. Not sure about the science behind it, but the consensus seems to be to use vinegar.
ОтветитьThe final kitchen is too stark. Why, didn't you paint the bottom cabinets the same as the door?
It needs pops of color. Imo
Where is your frig? Beautiful job on this makeover, by the way!
ОтветитьOlive and avocado oil are better for the gut. Nice job. Where was the mic
ОтветитьIt's real and refreshing to see someone makeover a kitchen that isn't almost new and everything is in perfect condition. I bought a house with a older kitchen and now I'm slightly less afraid to tackle this project. 😊
ОтветитьMy husband’s and my first house was over 100 years old. Wallpaper EVERYWHERE including the ceilings. Seeing all of the wallpaper trash on your floors brings back memories. It was a challenge, but soooo worth it in the end.
ОтветитьIt's beautiful
ОтветитьLove it ❤
ОтветитьSuper duper cute!!
ОтветитьYou can’t get rid of MOLD MOLD with just bleach and water. Bleach and water are good for mildew, but actual mold- black mold- you need a remediation professional for.
ОтветитьI am IMPRESSED! Your new kitchen is lovely -- very fresh, very clean, very welcoming. You've done a beautiful job with limited resources (money) and even Martha Stewart couldn't match your creativity!
ОтветитьPLEASE WEAR A MASK FOR ALL RENOVATIONS. THANKS FOR SHARING
ОтветитьSuch a great transformation!!
ОтветитьBeautiful!!
FYI- mold treatment, peroxide is the best. Bleach doesn’t kill all types of mold. Peroxide will.
I would give anything for nice old sturdy kitchen cupboards like yours. So homey and beautiful. You've done a fantastic job!
ОтветитьI love what you have done . Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьAbsolutely beautiful.
ОтветитьNot the flooring😭
ОтветитьAmazing transformation on a small budget. You gave me a few ideas. Great video
ОтветитьIt turned out truly beautiful, BUT, I would HIGHLY suggest that you wear goggles, gloves, and a mask the next time you renovate a room. Renovating an older home or any home with layers of paint or wallpaper, usually involves lots of mold spores and airborne pathogens. You need to protect your eyes, skin, and lungs in the process.
ОтветитьNEVER USE BLEACH ON MOLD NEVER USE WHITE VINEGAR
ОтветитьBeautiful ❤
ОтветитьIt looks so bright and fresh! I love it.
ОтветитьI hated the quick scan of the before and after video, hated it.
Ответитьwow it looks awesome. Great job
ОтветитьAwesome Job!
ОтветитьThe cord holder!!! I never knew.
