How industrial training happen according to new scheme

Sir I had appeared for CPT exams in 2016 that I cleared in one go afterwards I registered for inter gave 2-3 attempt without preparation then I couldn't pursue ca ahead due to some personal issues now i wanna start this journey again now If I clear inter exam this year i can get into top mid size nd later on in an industrial training? I'll be very grateful sir if you give genuine reply.

Have the industrial firms give 15 15 days leave for completion of advance IT and GMCS?
