Thanks so much for taking the trouble to make this clip, that really helped me!

I have Windows 7 and the "Outlook" prompt isn't there. So now what? When I click "Start" and type in "Outlook", it seems to be prompting me to go ......well, it looks like something I need to buy. Is that correct? It says I need to up-grade to Windows 10. Says it can't be done for Windows 7 since Jan 10, 2017. Oh well, so much for having to have manana look like banana.
