Switch Online 6 Years Later: Finally Worth It?

Please , do a professional looking graph telling us with all data thusfar exactly how long it will be before we finally have every game for every system separately & then all 6 systems. My guess is 4854 CE.

I am just fine with no online play. Just play the single player game and their idea to have app installed on your phone to voice chat is backward. I don't know why people are paying for it oh by the way I don't care about cloud saves. Its all in my console and I am fine with that.

In my opinion the expansion pass was so unnecesary they should have just added the n64 games etc to the base subscription

I don't care about these ports of old games tbh, my only problem is that online play is locked behind a subscription, and I'm the type of person to get angry when I play on splitscreen.

It's isn't even that expansive not gonna lie. And i think it is worth it. It for sure suck that you have to buy a membership to play online.. 😵

Nintendo does have the cheapest paid online service dont they, hard to complain when everyone else is charging tons while Nintendo charges 20 bucks a year

I got Switch Online + Expansion Pass for £25 per year. Worth it for Goldeneye alone lol.

Honestly online wise I would like to get the scarescraper online side mode from Luigi’s Mansion get it’s own spin off it’s probably the only reason why I use NSO next to Splatoon 3 and Smash Ultimate so honestly it would keep the series alive while they work on part 4

I would of gotten the expansion pack when it first came out if it had every N64 games instead of releasing them slowly like the NES/SNES games

It’s always been worth it. If €1 is too much for basically the entire nes and snes library, a good amount of gameboy and for a little over double the price, n64, sega and gba games. Along with free dllc. How in the fuck is this not worth it

I don't understand why they dont just put everything under one subscription... but no if i wanna play majora's mask or ocarina of time or golden eye, I gotta buy the premium version of the subscription that only comes in a yearly subscription. I just wanted to pay for like one month to just enjoy these games again.

And i cave and decided to pay as much as full priced game to enjoy some of these older games again and when i boot up majora's mask its not even fulll screen!!! I feel scammed.

God no I stopped subscribing to it there's games sure but just not the ones I would want to play no wii or game cube ether for example they have ocerina of time and majorias mask n64 but id rather play both 3d's remakes so I went an did that nintendo has a gamecube and Wii emulator that works on the Switch but they haven't utilised it only for 3d all stars still no donkey Kong 64 so I have to use my wii u to play it that has a virtual download of it

The only reason it isn't considered "worth it" is people are so used to simply stealing whatever classic Nintendo games they want to play, that they don't really even consider NES, SNES, or N64 games as adding value anymore.
