Charging stations that use generators 🙄
ОтветитьWltp is ridiculous
ОтветитьWhat about tata curve 😢
ОтветитьWhy is UK using miles instead of km?
ОтветитьSo drive really slow and careful and still not 80% of promised. My diesel drives 1200+ km with 1 tank and is cheaper. And cleaner in my calculations. And i can drive fast when i want. Electric cars are just not suitable for long drives and will never be. Electric and hydrogyn combination will be the only solution.
ОтветитьBro forgot the xiaomi su7😭🙏🏾
ОтветитьSo the conclusion is one should buy a diesel Skoda. The more I see of modern cars the happier I am with my old faithful diesel bmw
ОтветитьPorche: of course that’s an optional extra
ОтветитьMatt, let those hardworking employees out of the trunk! 😂
Ответитьso the diesel won
ОтветитьWhy pay 60k for audi with 336 Miles of range if u could get a tesla model 3 long range for 45k and it has about 436 Miles of range, saved 15k and got 100 more miles.
ОтветитьSomething I never see discussed is the actual ranges if you treat your battery as recommended. You are not supposed to go below 10%. In fact, once you get down to 20% you should abandon your destination in favour of finding a working charging station. On fast charge you are supposed to only charge to 80%. You can charge to 100% on the level 2 charger you installed in your garage (if you have one). But on a long road trip, you are pretty much limited to fast chargers.
So ... if your car claims a range of 330 miles it is 297 miles with 10% left. But you can then only charge it up to 264 miles (80% of 330). So your practical range is only 264 - 33 = 231 miles. If it also only delivers 80% of its rated range when being driven normally, you are down to 185 miles between half hour stops to recharge to 80%. That is after a detour of 15-30 minutes to find a charger, which you hope is working.
Might be fine for your daily commute and local travel for the normal activities of life but nowhere near suitable for long distance trips.
News reports say Volvo is no longer funding the Polestar due to heavy financial losses but its Chinese partner, Geely, will continue to manufacture them.
ОтветитьHow about highlighting the cost of charging (is it more expensive than patrol/gas?
Ответить4 months in to my first ev. Claimed 325 - reality is 260 in summer 220 in winter.
Charging network is a pike of ****, use Tesla if i need to charge away from home, half the price of tue chargers they used here.
The same trip they did would cost me about £40 as i wouldn't use the 80p/kw Ionity chargers. Tesla get as low as 20p during the night which equates to about £10 per 260 miles.
Polestar is so nice inside, outside and very efficient. The resemblance to the Lotus Eletre is so apparent at the front, and is obviously the best value for money too!
Ответитьwould have been better with prices too
ОтветитьNew cars sound and looks cheap but still charge you ridiculous prices
ОтветитьSo the chinese car won
ОтветитьWhere is the Xiaumi Su7?
ОтветитьLove the vid. But please say Porsche correctly.
ОтветитьYeah 50 more and the hassle. That must be the future all the EV fans are talking about.....
ОтветитьI can say my ps2 gets also around 90% of its battery. Love how realistic ps is!
ОтветитьClaimed range will be the next big scandal.
All lies
Hi, Carwow is the gold standard for car reviews .. I love watching your videos a lot. If possible, could you review the latest Sealion 7 from BYD.. your verdict is highly appreciated and valued ..a great video as always ..
ОтветитьSkoda is the winner
ОтветитьFinal verdict is Skoda won😂
ОтветитьThis was the worse .test I've seen this lot of clown do. . They have not done this test fare or right 🤔. I drive all the car showing. And I've had more mileage of them ... maybe people like this need to start doing test right and not just for views
ОтветитьShould have picked the Kia ev9, the ev6 is not a suv
ОтветитьMatt, why don't you start your EV range vids early and end in daylight rather?
ОтветитьElectric cars suck so bad.
ОтветитьCars 99% of the population cant afford.
ОтветитьNo byd what?
Ответить...& then if you've got Solar Panels, you can charge for free, if the weather commits, obviously!...which it often does, but not so much this time of year. That's when you need 'Off Peak'
ОтветитьSam the Stunt Driver, doing EV Mileage Test's.
Gotta earn it where it's earnt I guess 😂
Do love you on Carwow though Sam 👍
White elephants. Nobody wants em.
ОтветитьWow, electricity in the UK is EXPENSIVE.
ОтветитьAll SUV's, all useless. Just for People who are to fat or old for a normal car.
ОтветитьWhy
ОтветитьWho wants to drive a faster milk foster
ОтветитьMy anxiety levels went through the roof watching this 😮 my dear mondeo tdci does 700 miles on a tank, 300 miles generates zero anxiety !
Ответитьwhere is byd , xiaomi , nio, deepal?
ОтветитьThe new Macan is a total disgrace. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s now ugly and heavier.
Polestar, well done! I’m impressed.
Can’t understand why anyone would desire a Tesla the interior and exterior for that fact look terrible
ОтветитьThis confirms what I already knew, I will never own an EV.
ОтветитьI work closely with Tesla, and it's easily the worst car in that group. Comically bad reliability, material's are cheap and don't last.
ОтветитьThe last sentence before your next video promo is so pointless. No one who charges their car at home before a long journey uses a high-price rapid charger. So that price difference you then created is just you having a dig at EVs using an entirely unrealistic scenario.
ОтветитьThere seems to be some confusion over efficiency and range. They are not the same thing. Efficiency is measured by m/kWh. No more than mpg figures relate to range.
Ответить
