They never obey the rules.

I would say "no", but it sort of looked like she asked for and received permission to do so. I have an idea. Maybe put a donation bucket with the proceeds going to treats (approved) for the horses. The guards could put on their social media videos of them giving the treats to the horses. The tourist could say, "Ya, I donated to that."

I guess they need another sign saying stay our of the while lined box . Common sense should tell them but they need it in writing !

This guard always was good about enforcing rules but he didn't say a word to lady in green jacket?

Just take down the signs...and cover the lines...these guards are not keeping people out of the box....so stupid.

Back in the olden days, people used to put notes or coins in the guard's boots for good luck, now the day some people pretend to put money in the guard's boots just to touch the horses. I guess she won't be able to get lucky after all 😅

Its good to see its not to crowded the horses and troopers seem relaxed so they're able to do their job and have a bit of a nap without being stressed out

I like when the senior officers make the guards smile or laugh
