Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. 🌞
ОтветитьNice.
ОтветитьReally enjoying this, porch is going to look awesome
ОтветитьI hope people start coming back now that you are full speed ahead on this project
ОтветитьI'm learning so much from you. Thanks for these videos. Much appreciated.
ОтветитьGreat new format - suits this project well with each step shown one at a time 👍
ОтветитьLove this new format 👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьWith the quality of the Workmanship how can anybody question the Tools you use🤷🏿♂️Crazy
ОтветитьLiking this format, nice to see the processes one at a time with a bit of overview on the tools and your thoughts on them👍
ОтветитьLiking the format mate, obviously saves you a lot of time having to edit but keeps the vids coming thick and fast 😀
ОтветитьIt would definitely be nice to spend a day with you. Definitely learn a lot.
ОтветитьSimply stunning mate, loving the daily vlogs
ОтветитьIm realy enjoying these daily videos, its my goto whilst doing the washing up!😊
ОтветитьAlways enjoy watching...cheers...rr Normandy, Fra.
ОтветитьGreat video !!!!
ОтветитьNever worry about anyone commenting on your kit mate! Or feel you have to ‘justify’ anything
I get both sides of it! I did kitchens for years, and a lot of that was fitting a 6.5 mm ‘stone’ top over existing bench tops ( worktops in Uk 🇬🇧). You were forced to buy a bunch of Festool kit! ( which I’d never heard of)
That got me started ( and quite honestly changed the way I approached, thought about and executed carpentry and joinery ever since starting with that ts55 in 2003) so you get the raised eyebrow ‘he’s a plonker’. ( watching my language now we have 5 yr olds in the comment section!😂) with Festool gear on site. (Ie. he must be crap needs the tools!)
On the flip side on crappy agency type jobs getting the ‘here comes another fake tradesman’ rocking up there with my ozito mitersaw and ozito rotary stop ‘sds’ drill
Damn both of those were awesome for the money! When used for their limits, laugh away! 😂
When all is said and done I know I can arrive at anyone’s door with a basic set of carpentry tools ( non plug in ones😂) and end up with a high quality result! Like I was trained to do! I choose not to! If I want to spend my money on something I get excited over and makes life easier, why not!
What I am guilty of sometimes is working out an overly complex solution to something using power tools, when you could pick up a handsaw or a chisel ‘doh!’ I laugh, ‘I’ve become norm abram!’ ( love you Norm!)
Rant over, need to get up and make some 💰
That porch is gonna be awesome!! Your computer/ sketch up skills are crazy! Damn I wish I could learn that!
Take care 👍🏻
Have you ever seen the kitty spindle moulders? If memory serves me right, there is a tiny one with a 20mm spindle, the footprint is about the same as the macpac tool cases! Maybe you could use that as your site spindle! 😂 I hear they are quite capable for what they are.
You can also get chip limited tooling for them as well!
Loving you vids. What blade guide are you using on your bandsaw?
Ответитьdo you have a plan for all the off cuts? Maybe some sort of mosaic art?
Ответить🫡
ОтветитьCow-boy🌾🐄🐂👍
ОтветитьIgnore the haters, they’re just jealous.
ОтветитьI find people who hate on festool; don’t really understand festool very well and demonstrated by the FSK rail
ОтветитьLoving this format Ollie! First time seeing the layout for the porch, it’s very reminiscent of a Roman villa. It’s going to look great! 👍🏼
ОтветитьThose inside contours merit hunting down, purchasing and rehabbing a vintage Philipson Bobbin Sander...
ОтветитьGreat video, wish that HK was available in the states. Don’t ever apologize for working hard, buying nice kit and making money with it.
ОтветитьBeautiful work, looking forward to seeing the installation 👍
ОтветитьJust liked the video, so i did. Sat back & enjoyed, the skills & ingenuity & the sketchup only wetted my appertite to see more.
ОтветитьGreat work Mate, have a nice day !!!. 👍👍👍
ОтветитьExcellent video and a great new format - Keep them coming!!! They are a great breakfast watch.
ОтветитьThe old adage " The right tool makes the job easy" If that's Festool so be it. You are getting so much value out of that saw, stuff the haters. When you say you had the part made have you considered having them made and selling them, as soon as you demonstrated the use I thought I want one.
ОтветитьI’m enjoying this build and learning so much. How you get around making the cuts and keeping everything uniform is interesting. Looking forward to the HK spindle moulder video. I think it’s the most versatile saw available, a brilliant piece of kit.
ОтветитьI hate how some viewers make you justify the tool brand you buy. Buy what you like to use.
ОтветитьIt is a pleasure to work with such excellent material
ОтветитьIf you were a plank on there ❤
ОтветитьThat is not a porch that is a covered walkway! Very nice. The Festool saw looks brilliant, very versatile. Festool stuff just works. I have a couple of bits, they are a pleasure to use.
ОтветитьClever lad, I like your thinking, very lateral.👍
