How do i get the tough system 3 drawer ive been seeing

Seems like the drawer units are non existent. So many sites advertising them but have been unavailable for about a year and a half. Can’t find any explanation as to why.

I really like the Dewalt hard cases the tools come in for some reason they have changed to these soft bags. They are like a store shopping bag no good for construction work or consumers. I would pay a little more for the hard case vs the bags usually end up having to order hard case and selling the bag on eBay anyway. Those bags are junk.
