Looking back ..My 2023/24 Look around Gillieru Harbour Hotel review, MALTA

That looks like a nice pleasant hotel, unlike the Santa Maria, stayed there in 2001, the reviews have not improved. 😅

During one of my wife and mine 10 visits to Malta, we celebrated Christmas and - the New Year. Sadly Mellieha and our originally Danish Designed and now fully Danish-owned Village and vacation area are far from the major populated areas, so the Fireworks didn't seem that impressive, but still fine! This is where my mum grew up with her siblings, swimming in the bay with my great Uncles fishing boats in il Menqa. Unfortunately my old Aunties house has been knocked down since we last visited 😢
