Thats not how ive seent a dns star. Front to back plane seems legit!! Movements go around spine. Not push and pull
Tried it... thats what my dns star was missiing. Its more connected to the system but training wheels keeps the anxiety down

ОтветитьYo doctor I tried banded glute with a smith machine (on the outside of the machine, below one of the ends) like this and I think it’s good so can you investigate and do research and diagrams on it?
ОтветитьSo if we deviate to the right ,or shift, we would work on the left side glute med? Or is a issue of left sided tightness and being" pushed " to the right as we have poor ability to shift to our left?
